We had a great experience working with this solar panel company. Tim and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain the process, answered all of our questions, and ensured everything was completed efficiently and on schedule.
Most recently (like since December 2025) we have been totally unable to contact them No response to email, phone calls, or requests via the website. Is there a way to confirm that they are still in business ?
I have attempted to contact company for help with malfunction notification from Enphase but have not received any response despite multiple attempts.
Do not use. Had solar installed five years ago. It's now the third time my system has failed to work properly. Company seams to have abandoned residential solar. Customer support is non existent. Can’t get people to return emails and if they do they want $900 to do a system check. Electric bills went from zero a month to several hundred. Terrible investment. Avoid them.
The good: We had a solar system installed a little over 2 years ago. Initially, we had issues with the reporting of production/consumption not working and Prospect went above and beyond to ensure that was fixed (determined to be a faulty box which was swapped out for a new one free of charge). More recently, we found some mildew in a bathroom which is under a bank of panels. Prospect came out and we diligently inspected the area finding no leaks.
