Unprofessional complex- Avoid moving here if you want any sort of peace or reassurance. The Bad: -Both internal and external workers/vendors will show up at your door and back balcony/patio unannounced so keep that in mind if you work from home. Privacy is limited in that respect. -The pool was open this past summer for about 2 days out of each week with limited hours. I won’t share all of the details yet because I haven’t complained to them yet (I would have by now if the hours on Google/their site were accurate). In the interest of fairness I’ll hold off for now, but it hasn’t been a great first impression so far.

I have lived here for three years and until recently, was planning on leaving. The new management ( Caryn) has done more in the last few months than any other property manager to date. We now have an assigned parking spot for every apartment, the pool is open, sidewalks are fixed, new community newsletters let us know what's going on, and we have a very helpful office staff. I really like this area and are within a couple miles of all major stores and restaurants.
