These apartments are older but a good value for location and included utilities. Olga has been very helpful to our student. Great location on one corner of the campus.
Great ownership and nice staff, very close to campus and my favorite Music City Hot Chicken. Stayed in a studio and it was perfect size with everything you need and more. Parking was always available as well.
I think a good way to start is to mention these buildings are over 50 years old, but they give you a very good deal in terms of price. I have lived in Prospect Plaza for almost three years and only routine maintenance has been required in my apartment. When I make any type of maintenance request, Ryan and his team always resolve my issue very fast and make the process easy. They are very nice people. This is a great place for students. It is inexpensive and I always felt safe and secure. All utilities (including internet) are covered, so all you pay is rent. Finally, Scott and Olga in the leasing office are great people that are always willing to answer questions. 10/10 recommend.
Only live here if it is your last option. My car was hit and run in the parking lot twice and damage both times. Every hallway reeks of cigarettes every afternoon and most people have large pets even though there is a no pet policy. It was extremely loud, smelly, and the apartments are severly outdated and broken. Our apartment also had black mold developing from a leak in the ceiling.
