This is a terrible place! Upon moving in, no one did a walkthrough with us let us inspect it, they just left the apartment unlocked and told us the key would be inside, when we got there the apartment was FILTHY, we had to clean everything from top to bottom before we could even move our stuff in. It seems like there is always something wrong with a utility or pipes to where you have to contact them to repair it, the only maintenance people they have are all tweakers or former tweakers, so you have to let sketchy people into... read more

All negative reviews are no longer valid. Property has changed management and Name. They are currently remolding entire complex. Apartments have ac units rare find. Budget friendly as well. If you're looking for a place to start in Trinidad look no further.
Just moved in Aug 15th 2019, property name is State St. Village, under new management, the apts are being remodeled and they are doing amazing work. Thank You Dannielle Rollo your the best.
The old manager would not fix anything, and if only the owners would have seen this maybe they would got fired her ,and wouldn't let her back on the property. The new manager is on everything that is wrong her maintenance guy is on everything that is wawesome gets fix and they are both awesome.
