New management is worse than the old management. The apartments are "fine", but I would not recommend ANYONE to live here until the new managers either learn how to protect their employees and tenants OR there are replacement managers.
If I could give 0 stars I would, with the new management that has taken over the less they have cared about their tenants. My girlfriend moved here across states with her service dog that is licensed and also has a doctors note noting that she needs to have her service dog. We recently just got a notice on the door that we need to be out of the apartment in 30 days/or the dog needs to be gone because she had barked. Matt and Margie are the single worst managers I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Matt is extremely rude and disrespectful has absolutely no people skills. Margie is the absolute definition of a Karen she’s rude nasty and completely unprofessional. These two make living here absolutely awful. I’m glad I moved out the only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the area is nice and the wildlife is nice but it’s not worth dealing with snarky out of touch rude managers. If I could leave a 0 star review but that isn't optional. The apartments are a 5 star but the management is absolutely horrendous. I am thankful that the current management at the time I'm writing this is leaving. I know the new management will be better by leaps and bounds.
