My experience living here was not good. Although I didn’t move out because of it, the internet kept getting worse over time — almost every night there was no connection at all, which became very frustrating. The worst part was the management. Before renewing my lease, I spoke with the managers about transferring to a two-bedroom apartment. I have lived here for over 5 years. I like the environment. The place is quiet and safe. However the only negative side is maintenance does not follow through with work orders unless you're needing a water heater, furnace or air conditioner. On small tasks you have to put in several requests in order to get the job done. If needing a problem resolved through management there is no followup or resolution.

The maintenance men Matt and Adam are both very nice and compassionate. As a 20 something girl I felt safe and heard while they were in my space. The things that had to be fixed upon move in should have been addressed before our move in day which was a really disappointing experience. But the quick jump that these guys took to make me comfortable was definitely appreciated. I’ve only been here for two days so an update will come in about a month
