Knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Kind. High quality equipment. Available when you need them. Purchased a MS500IR. Helped us weigh pros and cons to lighter bar and wrap around handle. Honest appraisal on repairs without delay. Fantastic store.

Excellent experience, I definitely have to say the customer service is what you expect when it come to a small business in mission, and that's exactly what I got . Yes I might of only purchased a lawn mower blade but it's the knowledge and kindness of the employees that have my business for years come. Not to mention the price was actually better then the big box store and they had it in stock not like the other store. Thank you once again .
