Knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Kind. High quality equipment. Available when you need them. Purchased a MS500IR. Helped us weigh pros and cons to lighter bar and wrap around handle. Honest appraisal on repairs without delay. Fantastic store. This saw was a gift from heaven for an utility arborist, it let us get the job done in 1/4 of the time. Fantastic.
Staff here are super helpful and always respond to my questions within a reasonable time. have purchased a few items from Prospect over past few months and am very happy so far. This will definitely be my go to place for equipment purchases. Now, just have to figure out what I need next : )
Very knowledgable and helpful. Prices decent as well. Very happy with the Stihl br700 blower. It's taken a job that would normally take 1.5 hrs. It cut it down to a half hr. Highly recommend them.
Fair service One sales person was busy with other customer when I was there water a while and he never acknowledged me or said he would be with me soon or offer to get someone to help me I went away and came back later and a lady sales person came to help me soon after I arrived and was helpful with what I wanted to purchase I was happy with her service
