Two years ago, I had been experiencing constant, and at times debilitating 10 out of 10, pelvic pain, this practice completely dismissed me and didn’t listen at all, recommended I take NSAIDs. I absolutely love this office. I started coming here about four months into my pregnancy, and they quickly took me in, listened to my concerns, and guided me through everything I needed. Even when I was feeling under the weather at seven months pregnant on Christmas Day, Dr. Jemenez returned my call and talked me through what I was experiencing. I'm ambivalent about the practice overall. I've been billed for things that make no sense. I've had Multiple issues with the staff telling me my insurance doesn't cover something which I know it does. Arriving to an appointment saying being told they didn't have me at the appointment and not letting me speak to the doctor when I had an issue and I needed to speak to her. The staff is the worst and I actually had referred people there when I first started going but I'm done with them not going back
This clinic has helped a lot with my pregnancy, i always call with a question and they respond right away
