I'm ambivalent about the practice overall. I've been billed for things that make no sense. I've had Multiple issues with the staff telling me my insurance doesn't cover something which I know it does. Arriving to an appointment saying being told they didn't have me at the appointment and not letting me speak to the doctor when I had an issue and I needed to speak to her. The staff is the worst and I actually had referred people there when I first started going but I'm done with them not going back
This clinic has helped a lot with my pregnancy, i always call with a question and they respond right away
Horrible
Saw Dr. Keanchong for the first time and she was absolutely HORRIBLE to me. Wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupting me. Was extremely condescending in the way she spoke. Told me I needed to have a procedure done due, and when I asked how painful it would be, she told me she had a patient pass out. Who says that? Especially to someone who has anxiety, which was clearly in my chart and obvious as I was scared and anxious. Also, her nurse in the beginning was asking me what medical problems I have, and was writing them down... read more
