I contacted Rodney today regarding a new 203K loan. I did not find him condescending, rushed or inpatient - quite the contrary! I had many questions and a "complication" to my case and he gave me good info in a respectful, uncomplicated manner (I'm not a home buying novice, so I've dealt with MANY lenders in the past).
