Tammy works extra hard, she works an unbelievable amount of hours, she is the most involved loan officer we have ever met. Your firm is first-rate.
This loan/purchase was an extremely long one (six months, solely due to the seller not paying prior taxes). Tammy was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She was always professional and responsive and I felt very confident she was giving me the best service possible. I would highly recommend her and Prospect to friends and family.
