Amazing! Steven Luzzi is the best loan officer there is. He always responded to my e-mails within an exceptional time frame. He is knowledgable, and a very nice person overall. He explained my options, what each rate meant for me, as a personal buyer.
Very Professional! Jacqui Atcheson was easy to deal with. She was professional and knowledgeable. Jacqui answered all questions, even the silly ones. She returned calls in a timely manner and was never too busy for us.
