This people doesn’t answer, I had been trying to contact from my building, has been impossible. I need support with my apartment and they don’t take my phone calls and Sarah doesn’t reply my emails.
What a pleasure living in The Essex, managed by Prospect Management. The professionalism and dedication to the community is second to none. Manny and his team do a Superbowl job maintaining the building immaculate, and Shevy and Nancy promptly address any issues regarding tenancy. I highly recommend The Essex and Prospect Management.
No issues. Prospect Management took over management of our building during our lease. They were helpful as we moved out and always responsive to our requests.
We had a great experience renting with them. The apartment was very clean and freshly painted when we moved in and had no major issues. Building is well maintained and management is communicative. When we moved out we got our deposit back quickly. Overall a great renting experience
