No issues. Prospect Management took over management of our building during our lease. They were helpful as we moved out and always responsive to our requests.
We had a great experience renting with them. The apartment was very clean and freshly painted when we moved in and had no major issues. Building is well maintained and management is communicative. When we moved out we got our deposit back quickly. Overall a great renting experience
Our building’s Sup is good, but property management is horrible experiences. Lived over 10years, Begin 2024, this company updated parking fee on the other account, but didn’t notify us. Also we need renewal lease, they sent other resident lease to us. Until today, these problems still not solved.
My experience with this property management company was far from satisfactory. They were unprofessional and handled matters in a dismissive and disrespectful manner.
I lived at Arlington Place in Jersey City. Although there were challenges (cleanliness of building, loud street noise and parties/music throughout many nights, and lackluster property management), I had hoped to continue my lease.. however the unthinkable happened: The apartment above me apparently leaked water (behind the walls) into the ceilings of my apt until one day, water pooled in one of my light fixtures and then started to spill all over the floor.
