Maintence requests routinely ignored at 15 Fausnacht drive Denver. Roof leaks and black mold came through the bedroom and bathroom walls. Bathroom tile was rotting off the walls. Bathroom ceiling had stalagtites growing down. When they "fixed the roof the leak just moved to our linnen closet ruining everything. On top of that they are trying to charge us for a month we werent there and kept our security deposit.
