Love coming here to chill at the beach with a good book! I wish they cleaned up a bit more (stinky trash cans and porta potties nearby) and had more space for swimming as it can get a little crowded. Swimming area is really shallow.
Safe and quiet neighborhood from what I have experienced and probably the best lake Colorado Springs has to offer in town anyway.
