The surgery has improved a bit considerably with appointments and how to manage conditions however you can no longer ring the surgery but go through internet/website. It's still better than what we used to have where you stay on the call for 30-40 minutes and are informed at the end that there is no appointment left (ofcourse the surgery can't give the appointment if there is no slots available). Staff is listening well now but there is 1-2 odd reception staff which are not helpful, rest are quite OK and do try to help you. ... read more
The GP is very kind and very helpful. They listen very carefully and it is very easy to get an appointment with e consultant and then doctor call you the same day for your appointment same day I had good experience with this GP since 2017 I don't have any complaints about this surgery and especially doctor zeshan qazi is very kind and very helpful and he always listen our concern very carefully we have no any complaints about my GP they are so good and so kind. My doctors for 20 years. There was slight issue for appointments but now you can get the appointments really quick and the new staff at reception is amazing. The doctors are always helpful no matter who you see on the day , They listen to you and make sure you get looked after. Dr Kazi and Dr Pathan are life savers.
My recent experience with this GP practice has been genuinely excellent. The care has been proactive and consistent, with regular check-ins that have made a significant difference to my wellbeing. I’ve felt listened to and supported throughout. This practice, and the NHS as a whole, do an outstanding job and deserve far more recognition.
absolutely worse gp in newcastle. the front desk staff are very unprfessional and rude. always speaks with rude tone as if they are irritated with your present. they ask for what happend to you? why you are here? so you have to discuss your medical private health issue with people who has no qualification about health. every time I have had the misfortune to visit this place, not once I was called on time. they are always late. I hate their service. I will give zero star
