My mother had an appointment scheduled for her first in-home physical therapy visit, and the experience with Prospect Home Care was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour past the scheduled 11:00am appointment, and no therapist ever arrived. When I called the office to ask for an estimated arrival time, they had no knowledge of the arrival time for the therapist.
