My mother had an appointment scheduled for her first in-home physical therapy visit, and the experience with Prospect Home Care was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour past the scheduled 11:00am appointment, and no therapist ever arrived. When I called the office to ask for an estimated arrival time, they had no knowledge of the arrival time for the therapist. Management and HR team are friendly, quick response, organize and always available to answer my questions. Staffing and Nursing department are really helpful, provides comprehensive and up-to-date training for field staff. They are not only prioritizing the quality of care for the patients but provides all the the support that our clinicians needs to succeed in the field as well. Highly recommended place to work at.
