Very pleased with Tim's thoroughness! We used his services for both our pre-drywall inspection as well as our final inspection. He made some very important call-outs that could have caused severe problems down the road. He is extremely energetic and knowledgeable. It gave me a comfort level knowing the builder knew he would be back for the final inspection since that was good incentive to do things right the first time. I would highly recommend Tim - ProSpect Home Inspections!

Tim Miller helped us with our home inspection. I am a first time home buyer and it was the most enjoyable experience I could have imagined.
