One time on Christmas Day 2000, we called our doctor, frantic because baby Noah was just screaming and screaming. Dr. Mark was headed to a family dinner but heard his messages first and met us in his office to treat Noah ON CHRISTMAS DAY while his family waited in the car. I see Dr. mark for primary care and rehab care as well. He takes his time and he listens. He does like to talk. But he knows what he’s doing. His staff are all amazing. I’ve never had a bad encounter there. I see Norene and she’s and amazing nurse and really listens to my needs. They do all they can for their patients. This is a Christian rehabilitation program though and they do want you to attend church wherever you like and attend the weekly Bible study at the doctors office during your visit. I have been seeing Dr. Mark for almost four years. He is our family medicine doctor only, every six months. He takes time with you, compassionate and caring. Front office and MA staff are kind, efficient and take care of you. I have had a problem with one person in this office, rudeness, horrible bedside manner and will not listen to the patient needs.
