The worst lace I've ever been to. Never got to see my X-rays and never ask If I was hurting or if I need anything. Just started filling my mouth and was hurting for 2weeks. Went back 3xsto removing too much filling. Very inpatient and unprofessional. Never again and will not recommend this place. Forget about getting there 2 mins late God forbid but be prepared to sit and wait 20 to 30 mins. Places sucks!!
Very rushed all the time in order to juggle as many patients as possible.. Worst job on bridge work, so bad it's caused infection and irritation in other teeth from pressure due to bad fitting.. Very unprofessional , gossiping to each other while working on patients.. Seriously, find a different practice, this place is not even worthy of the one star
Appointment was at 1:30. I got called in at 2:00. I sat in the chair for 15 min before seeing anybody. They give me an x-ray (without) the ink blanket that worried me very bad and after that waited for another ten minutes only to be told the x-rays didn't come out right and they had to do it again. (I wonder why??) So the next x-ray went correctly and she used the ink blanket. I told her that the other person didn't use the into blanket and she said nothing...(I wonder why??) I won't recommend this dental office. Been there twice without anything done. The first time after X-ray check, the doctor said I have to do a deep cleaning and pull my wisdom teeth out. I knew it was not covered in my dental plan. But the doctor said he would file a claim ahead and it will be covered and then just send me home. A couple weeks later, the claim got denied, the front desk called me and said it was fine to do a regular cleaning!! Excellent.work and service. I could not find a better dental clinic. I had three teeth pulled in one day. No pain, the service was above excellent.
They broke my teeth, insuted me, lost my insurance request for a partial which delayed it for almost a year. If you go here God help you. They are malicious ans absolutely unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!
