If you're looking for a memorable stay in a beautiful historic home in Tasmania, Prospect Country House will tick all the boxes. My partner and I were lucky enough to have three nights there recently. Located in a serene setting (with a beautiful winery across the road) this historic home offers comfortable accommodation, exceptional food (the chef was amazing!), and great hospitality. My husband and I recently had a delightful weekend stay at Prospect House. We were very well attended to and were made to feel like very special guests! The room was comfortable, and the ambience of the main house very inviting, especially with the fires aglow. The breakfast had some seasonal additions, and the toastie a great idea! We stayed in for dinner both nights and sampled across the menu. Satisfying and delicious. Thank you to everyone! Jennifer and Stuart

We had a great stay at Prospect Country House. Staff were there to help and make our stay comfortable and the other guests were lovely. Make sure to eat at their restaurant the new chef is amazing.
