I bought a car there less than 6 months ago… within the first 3 days of having the car the check engine light came on , brought it to them they did nothing besides turn the check engine light off and told me it would cost money to fix after just buying the vehicle! So I’m guessing they turned the check engine light off before people (me) checked the car out. genuinely had a negative experience. The office salesperson was not even keen to show me the vehicle. It’s just a regular dealer that has 10 year old cars, nothing special. When I went to the dealership, i didn’t felt welcomed but had to start the conversation. I looked at a couple automobiles, but they were lacking in detail and polish. I didn't even want to question why or what the cars were like because, based on the representative's demeanor and level of interest in the customer, you really don't want to deal with them. ... read more
My daughter purchased her first car from Lenny last week during her spring break. She loves the car and had such a good experience with this dealership. She went to several dealerships, and this one impressed her with how much they were willing to work with her schedule so she could get an inspection before buying it. I will definitely check here when we need our next car.
I know nothing about repairing cars. I’ve never left Prospect feeling like they’ve cheated me.
