High quality cars..
Purchased a vehicle this week that seems to be in good shape and included a carfax. Car had an issue with radio/climate controls on the way home within 20 miles. The issue had not appeared during the test drive or the day of purchase. I called to ask for assistance to ID the issue and was told to bring it back at my convenience. Stopped back in the next morning and within 10 minutes the problem was identified and a part swapped. Saw the car on Carfax, said it had a clean title and everything. I tried double-checking and searched for some information on the vehicle; it had numerous complaints about it. When I called to discuss the car with the salesperson, they became defensive and rude, refusing to answer any questions. Just decided to go to a safer place with better customer service.
These guys are so personable and they are very reasonable
This isn't a review just a probe. I found a Audi A4 on your site but after looking at your reviews and knowing my experiences I'm very hesitant.
