A complete nightmare. My contractor recommended ProSource for our project, and it has been an absolute disaster of missing items, broken promises, and zero communication. So on initial contact things seemed to be going great and I had high hopes for our kitchen redesign, however it didn’t take long for the designer in charge of the cabinets, Kim, to start making it feel like we were bothering her. She wouldn’t respond to emails, when she did it was with things that didn’t have anything to do with their end of the design.
