I walked in off the street at the recommendation of the contractor I had hired. I was greeted right away and checked in to speak with an account manager. Lena asked questions about my project and showed me several samples. We discussed options and specifics about the room in question. Then I took some samples home too see in my space. Everyone at ProSource was friendly and helpful. They even remembered me by name when I returned to place the order and, later, to return an unopened case of a product they keep in stock.
