We ordered 528sf of tile based on a sample in the ProSource showroom. When we received the tile and gave it to our installer. The installer proceeded to start installing the tile but remarked that every tile was bowed and he was having to use allot of material and braces to keep the tile from coming up. About 1/2 through the install I happened to show the installer the sample tile that we had originally ordered the tile from.
