ProSource of 730 Jason Street is in Chapter 11. Case number *************Judge Thomas ** ********. Filed 9/25/2020. Never notified me. I ordered and paid for wood flooring on 09/03/20. Now I am a listed creditor in the bankruptcy case.

We ordered 528sf of tile based on a sample in the ProSource showroom. When we received the tile and gave it to our installer. The installer proceeded to start installing the tile but remarked that every tile was bowed and he was having to use allot of material and braces to keep the tile from coming up. About 1/2 through the install I happened to show the installer the sample tile that we had originally ordered the tile from. This company is terrible! They are completely incompetent when it comes to logistics, and when THEY mess up an order, they won’t process a refund. They currently owe me close to $300 on materials they incorrectly ordered for my project ever after the materials were returned at Brett Martins request! They came up 15 square yards short on my carpet, and because of that they shut down my remodel project costing me 6 days of work and putting my project behind schedule.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. An ordering mistake was made by one of their employees which took almost 5 months to completely resolve. I ordered two bathroom vanities with finished ends and they came in unfinished. The request for finish ends was in multiple emails and on the sales invoice. The employee I worked with left his position in the middle of this and after several weeks of interaction with him to resolve the problem, I had to follow up with their sales manager. Unsatisfactory customer service. I bought carpet and an "upgraded" pad 3 years ago that supposedly has a 7-10 year warranty. The pad has failed and I have tried multiple times to talk to the owner about the warranty. My phone calls and emails remain unanswered. This is unacceptable customer service since I have been a repeat customer and have personally referred friends and family who are customers. I see online that others have had the same experience. Very unfortunate.
