This review is specifically for Cici - She was so great with every step from the ordering process to right before the install. There was a glitch in the computer system so I ended up with a different color and she was right on it and got the right one ordered. I HIGHLY recommend this company and can't thank Cici enough with her exemplary customer service.
This company was nice to start and is corresponding via email, but they are not doing much to expedite our claim and get this resolved. After much urging about our concern over health issues, they don't seem to care. I recommend buyers to go elsewhere. If you purchase the product from here and it fails, they do not support their customers once they secure a sale. We purchased carpeting from this store about 7 years ago now. Georgia is amazing! She helped me design my dream kitchen. We installed new cabinets, 2 islands, countertops, backsplash & even new flooring throughout. Now we are working on the mudroom design. Without her help, and referrals, it wouldn’t have been possible. I highly recommend ProSource & Georgia.
