I've worked with Ally at ProSource on several projects over the past couple years. The selection available is great and Ally is always professional and responsive regardless of the size of the project. ProSource gets a thumbs up from me!
ProSource has a fabulous selection that is well organized and displayed. The sales associates have amazing product knowledge and are able to connect directly with product reps when needed. Prices are great. Ask for Cici and Cyndi and you will love your results!
We had a disappointing experience with customer service. They would not allow me to return unused flooring, so it's crucial to order precisely what you need. Additionally, they under-ordered shower tile and had I to endure delays as a result with our home build and as a result costed us money with our subcontractors. We reached out to several managers but unfortunately encountered attitude and a lack of understanding from them. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I hope they can improve in the future.
If you go to the store try to get Brittany to help you she's the best. I'm in search of some product that is discontinued she put in time and effort to help me find what I need.
