Very poor quality laminate flooring and poor customer service. Don’t waste your money on flooring of such terrible quality that it gets ripples within the first 3 months of installation and they won’t replace. I do NOT recommend Prosource in Fitchburg.

Kim Lucas is such an amazing, patient, kind and helpful designer. We had so many options and I was feeling overwhelmed. She helped keep the selection process fun and I can confirm, the choices we made look BEAUTIFUL together! She was an excellent communicator, which is a BIG deal in this business. Kim is very friendly and I hope I have a chance to work with her again when we finish our basement. We are currently working with David and Kelli on a new kitchen and master bath. These people are amazing! Our contractor, Blue Ribbon Construction, sent us to them. Nothing but positive experience for us. They are so patient and really listen.

Best selection, quality, prices and personal customer service that can't be found anywhere else in Brevard! Go straight here, skip everywhere else.
They treat their non family employees awful. Hire an employee with one job description have them do another then fire the person because they can’t do everything in the part time position they hired the person as. Go figure. Got a better paying job since then. Thanks!
