Customer service is not good at all. No communication whatsoever. And what communication they did offer was useless. Their delivery service is over priced compared to other distributors and they're completely worthless. Delivery was to the wrong place and they left it outside to get rained on. So all the boxes were disintegrated falling apart. As for the tile itself, its good. But it takes more than just good tile to run a full service tile company. Daltile and Virginia tile are far better options...

Cannot say enough fabulous things! Working with Yvonne and getting all future project guidance and materials here! My partner and I recently spent an afternoon at ProSource looking for better options for an upcoming bathroom renovation. Everything from the big box stores was…..basic at best and tacky at worst. I spent thousands of dollars on materials for my home renovation. The flooring that was installed in my basement by a qualified professional does not adhere to the floor. I contacted Prosource, who referred me to MSI (their supplier). They sent a person to examine the installation. Months went by, and I did not receive any information. I contacted Alex, and he told me he would send a copy of the report that day. He didn't. I let another week go by, and contacted him again. He told me he would send the report today.
