We purchased Boney Mountain of the Medallion Collection FROM NATURALLY AGED FLOORING in 2/21 with a "LIFETIME WARRANTY". WE have been trying to resolve this issue since 11/21. About 600 of the 2400 square feet looks terrible. We had it professionally cleaned and coated (as directed by your company and Naturally Aged Flooring) and it still did not take care of the issue.
