I gave them the exact dimensions of my floor. I ended up with two extra bags of thinset at $50 each and one extra bag of grout. It was only a 25x10 porch. They told me when I picked up the material that it was too much and that I could return the unopened bags. When I took back the unopened bags, they refused to let me return them. Mary sold it. Nick said it was too much and it was returnable. Bad business.
