Michael and Chess gave me excellent service, even for a small bathroom remodel. Michael worked up a cabinet just to my liking and came to my house to make sure the existing plumbing would work. They let me take the samples home to view in the room. They even tracked down the other contractors to find out what time they would come to my house. It was over and above my expectations!!! I will definitely ask for them by name for the next project.
Throughout the project, Mike served as my primary point of contact at ProSource, providing exceptional service by offering a range of options to both my client and myself. He was incredibly accommodating and promptly responded to any inquiries that arose during the project. I look forward to collaborating with him in the future.
