I love the huge selection of multiple materials under one roof to match items without dragging samples to multiple stores. The staff are helpful. I especially appreciate Wendi’s expertise.
Me and my crew at Restoration Carpentry went to ProSource this morning for a Contractor breakfast and product instruction class. It was fantastic and we learned a lot. Looking forward to the next one.
Tyler helped me with a warranty claim on flooring that had buckled. He came out to my house, submitted all of the paperwork, and organized an installer to replace the flooring. Customer service like that is rare today, and that alone has earned my business in the future.
