We stopped by ProSource of Lancaster as we are planning a Beach House remodel, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The showroom is beautiful, with a fantastic selection of flooring and tile that really helped us envision our design. B greeted us right away and was beyond helpful — she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products and offered great advice that made our choices so much easier. Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service.
After emailing the email address on the website stating I need to replace an entire shower in my bathroom and asking if the showroom is by appointment only, I receive an email back stating no appointment is needed and to come in anytime. I show up, only to be told they dont even carry shower bases, and the walls are not stocked at this store and they had no way of showing me what they even offer. Would highly recommend staying away from this place. Their front desk person, Randee, is one of the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. First, they don't even get up to help you look for flooring, they simply point in a direction and say 'all our LVP is over that way'. We ended up finding flooring that matched so we placed an order for 2 boxes and a bunch of stair noses (over $700 order).
