DO NOT trust ProSource with suggesting installers! Portage Flooring was suggested by ProSource and they did not finish the project. Left equipment behind, left expensive pails of glue open and walked away. Worked on old van on brand new concrete parking lot and spilled brake fluid all over. Very unprofessional. After Printess ghosted me for several months my 17 year old watched youtube to see how to finish the LVT flooring and did a much higher quality job than Portage Flooring crew. I can't speak to the prices and installation of their actual flooring, but they rock on the underlayment. I needed some uncoupling membrane for a basement floor tile job I got surprised with for my Christmas vacation. They were at least 30% cheaper than anywhere else I tried in the area.
