A hidden jule in down town Irmo. I'm a general contractor who has been in the business for 39 years. I never thought i would see another supplier worry about saving us money! My advice to all my clients is after you have chosen what you want, SHOP AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICE, and you will wind up here. Their displays and samples are so many it's hard to view everything. Our original account manager Zach was wonderful! We ordered floors. However we since have gotten a refund because of a “manager named Charles” and manufacturer issues. After one call inquiring about our floor was not returned I called again. Charles proceeded to inform me that bc of a hurricane the floor would be arriving as scheduled however that was not our scheduled delivery date. If you need someone that will tell you the Truth so you can let your customer know where you stand at THEN ProSource is the place you need to go. It may not be what you want to hear but the truth nonetheless. That is the abnormal. On a day to day I have been to no other place that treats me as well as Pro Source does.
