Challaigne, Vanessa, and Robert in Prosource, Kalyn at the customer care at the flooring, and Ty and Steven at the warehouse flawlessly worked in unison. I was constantly kept informed, everyone is extremely kind and patient as I worked on a personal project navigating my own hurdles with my renovation.
