You know you got great customer service when you weren’t able to find what you needed, but still appreciated the professionalism. I need flooring pretty quickly, but it is not in stock. But, I truly appreciated Lisa’s help in walking me through my choices. Go see Lisa! She has a good designer eye as well as being patient and creative.

My kitchen looks fantastic! I completely reconfigured my kitchen, and the team at ProSource was with me every step of the way. Amazing customer service, even though I was purchasing the economical, in stock cabinets, -not the custom order ones. Challaigne was very patient as we re-worked the kitchen cabinet placement, with limited space to fit all the wanted appliances (found room to add a dishwasher) and added in an island. Erica and Challaigne have been working with us for almost a year now. They both have educated and guided us through each decision in our dream home. They have been patient and understanding throughout the process. (We have changed our minds a few times) Our kitchen cabinets, floors and backsplash are gorgeous.
