Challaigne, Vanessa, and Robert in Prosource, Kalyn at the customer care at the flooring, and Ty and Steven at the warehouse flawlessly worked in unison. I had a great experience with ProSource. It was a little overwhelming trying to pick out tile for our bathroom addition but Erica was excellent at helping me visualize what would work for our space. The pick-up was super easy. Erica even checked in a few days later to see how the space came together. Prices were good and I would definitely use them again.
Friendly service and great flooring selection at ProSource. Our sales rep, Erica, was extremely helpful in ordering our materials for replacement flooring. Material ordered and arrived quickly (within 3 weeks) from CONUS. Great overall experience!
We went to Prosource Honolulu for LVP flooring. Erica Casarez was wonderful. She showed us all the colors they had (so many colors available and in stock) and went through the pros and cons of the different types.
