Great timely service. They did a great job supplying us the samples to decide on what laminate we wanted to buy. Would certainly recommend working with Pro Source for your flooring needs!
We have utilized ProSource for 4+ renovation projects in combination with JLM Home Solutions as our contractor (who I would also recommend). We worked with Janet E. each time and her customer service, prompt communication, design expertise, budget consciousness, and attention to detail we’re all phenomenal. Over the past many months, we have had no flooring in main portion of our kitchen and bathroom. We have been waking on the sub flooring since Valentine's Day. Update: Ownner/Rep has still not resolved or followed-up on the situation. We did have one good conversation that I initiated but no resolution found. He is no longer replying to questions. I’ve had good experiences in the past using my own installer and enjoyed the cost savings at this location. I would just caution you about the “what if” factor. I have an installer of LVP flooring now not returning my calls. The manufacturer is saying our flooring issues are due to installation. Installer is saying it a manufacturer issue... read more
Quoted for a floor and strung me along for days saying they could have the floor delivered within a week and they were working on the price, only for them to come back with the same price and saying now the floor is weeks out. Waste of my time, don't waste yours.
