We just completed an order with Esther Zuercher and she was outstanding. We needed an underlayment at the last minute and she was able to secure the underlayment before the flooring installers arrived to pick it up. To make that happen, they needed to drive to the wholesaler to pick up the underlayment. This is order # 2 with them and they have been amazing both times!

I have worked with Colleen Murray on tile selections for (3) bathroom renovations. She is very responsive to all emails and phone calls. Her follow up skills are perfect. She gave me time to make my decisions, but never left me feeling like she forgot about me. Every visit to the showroom was met with a smile. I tend to just show up, without an appointment. We purchased carpet and padding for stairs. Colleen Murray was very helpful and is always quick to respond when I call! She is very helpful!
