We waited 15 minutes to get someone to help us. Sent a young girl who absolutely knew nothing about tile or vinyl products. She had a tablet to look up everything and to get pricing. Each price took at least 5 to 10 minutes. She would read what was on tablet. She couldn’t answer any questions we had about the products. Wasted valuable time. ProSource had the items we have been looking for a long time. The store is very well organized & clean. Our salesperson, Ginger, was very helpful & it was a pleasure dealing with her.
