I'm a general contractor in Dayton and I get all my flooring from Luke at ProSource. He has made the whole process simple from start to finish. He meets with my clients and walks them through samples, goes over the layout with them, and then meets me out on site to make sure everything is right before we install. Worked with Luke for flooring. Greeted wife and I very nicely upon entry. Walked us over to a product of interest. Sat us down and had us take our time looking through samples. Came the next day for measurements. Provided estimates shortly afterwards. Gave us a good deal on everything. Workers came on time and worked hard and long. Everyone was very professional, and would recommend them.

Ordered A custom cabinet for my bathroom. The doors are crooked and the design did not take into consideration my trim. It was installed by their recommended contractor and they told me it was a contractor issue and not their responsibility. I have called numerous times. No manager will call me back and the designer is no help at all.

Hi, We highly recommend ProSource of Dayton, if referred, for your flooring needs. We've been in several times and enjoyed the experience. Their products are really nice and a variety to choose from. As a contractor, I always recommend Prosource to my customers instead of the box stores. The sales team are great and their products are all the kind of quality I want on my job site's!
