Christopher was great! So helpful in picking out items and advising and exhibiting great patience!
1. Delivered a damaged shower door to our residence for install. 2. Ordered a replacement door that was on back order. 3. Realized after several weeks that the replacement door they selected was on back order. 3. Ordered a different replacement door without consulting us. 4. Communicated that they were not going to absorb the additional cost of the replacement door. 5. Have not communicated what that additional cost will be.
