As soon as I open the door and I hadn't even stepped in I heard how many we help you? There were three people sitting behind the counter and I truly believe all of them spoke at once. Horrible experience shopping here for our new build needs! Giving 2 stars bc we were able to get our shower tile and kitchen backsplash from here. We met with Jessica with our builder and went over budget, style, and etc. We began with LVP flooring and only wanted to see the items “available” within budget. I think ProSource might have possibly saved my marriage, me and my wife were having such a difficult time coming to a consensus on tile and then Jessica swooped in and asked all the right questions and led the selection perfectly. We found something that worked perfectly for both of us and now instead of dreading the project we are so excited to see the finals product… HOGHLY RECOMMENDED
