(Beachwood location)made several errors on semi -custom cabinets and would not make restitution. caused multiple delays in my kitchen renovation. very slow to respond if they even responded at all. we paid about 25% more for cabinets from this company being told by our contractor that we were getting a superior product and service-not the case. we even caught then in a couple of flat out lies. would not recommend.
Refuses to help me with a problem after using their product. I have been trying for over two years now. Terrible customer service.
I'll never go anywhere else. The most knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people to work with. My carpet and floors are perfect and I keep buying more. Excellent business.
