Have brought several cars here. They know what they're doing, don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and get the job done on time. When you find honest mechanics, you stick with them

Just be warned that if you cancel twice they will not allow you to continue being a customer no matter how many years of business you give them.

ProSource is the only place we will ever take our cars in Duluth. We found them when we lived in the Hillside, but continue to bring our cars here now that we live out west. They have always been honest, fair, and the most affordable shop in town. I never feel taken advantage of and feel like they are treating me like they’d treat a friend. I cannot recommend them enough.

When I arrived at my scheduled appointment early, I thought I was going to have to wait. Instead, the receptionist took my name, car, and keys, and said I could just take a seat. Half an hour later, my oil change was done and it was cheaper than what was quoted over the phone. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great friendly, fast, and fantastic service!

I cant put it more simply - they are abundantly transparent with you throughout the time they spend on an issue, have amazing customer service, build relationships and do quality work, with quality hardware, for a good price. I've learned so much about vehicles in general just by communicating with the people at prosource. They are passionate about their work, they value honesty and for some reason theyre never really booked much over a week or two for most jobs! This is the best auto shop in Duluth MN.
