The alternator in my truck went out. I went to O’Reilly and purchased a remanufactured one and installed it myself. After about a week. I started having issues. I took it to ProSource and they informed me my alternator I was sold was defective from factory. I told them to go ahead and do the replacement but to leave me with the one that was in it so I could return it. Jake and his team did an amazing job helping us out in a pinch... My daughter is an out of state college student and took it to ProSource based on their much deserved five-star reputation. I needed to get my car repaired to get it ready to sell, the receptionist was absolutely amazing and soo sweet. They are very reasonably priced. The mechanics listened to my needs and gave me advice on what repairs needed to be done. This is my new mechanic, I will never go to anyone else in Duluth and I suggest you do the same!
