Jake and his team did an amazing job helping us out in a pinch... My daughter is an out of state college student and took it to ProSource based on their much deserved five-star reputation. It took care of the repair ahead of schedule and on budget at a very fair rate. I would highly recommend Jake and his staff at ProSource!
I needed to get my car repaired to get it ready to sell, the receptionist was absolutely amazing and soo sweet. They are very reasonably priced. The mechanics listened to my needs and gave me advice on what repairs needed to be done. This is my new mechanic, I will never go to anyone else in Duluth and I suggest you do the same!
I've experienced alot of shady mechanics and shops throughout my travels. This is by far the most honest and transparent shop I have ever been to. The kind of shop that restores your faith in humanity. They're always super friendly and educate their customers instead of lying and manipulating. And if a replacement part fails they are quick to honor the warranty and will work with you every step of the way. Can't recommend this shop enough! Great staff!
Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop in Duluth. They what they are doing and they do it for a fair price. Repair was done in a very timely manner and their customer service is incredible as well. I will be going back for any future repairs.
Both of the workers were incredibly kind and understanding and figured out what was wrong with our car in a short amount of time.
