Elijah is always dependable and a great communicator. I recently had an issue with my Taco LeakBreaker where it kept beeping indicating a leak where there was none observable and after many troubleshooting steps, I couldn't figure out why. Elijah came over on a busy Friday afternoon and was able to resolve the issue, which came in handy as I was having my family over the next day (who wants to listen to incessant beeping?) Thanks Elijah!
Elijah responded to our plumbing emergency within an hour on a Sunday morning. Elijah diagnosed the problem within minutes, made us aware of the solution and the process to fix it. The work was completed in a very professional manner and a detailed explanation was provided of the cause and what to prevent this issue in the future. Best experience with a contractor in years.
Elijah is amazing to say the least. First call was for a leaking steam pipe that he was kind enough to repair and show me all the wrong doings of the previous owner. Fix all those so that not only did I have proper heat to all my rooms but that we had heat were it didn’t work before in my house.
