I do not recommend Janet Woodward of ProSmart Realty. She is unorganized, lacks empathy, is a poor communicator, and unreliable. We scheduled a tour for a property in East Mesa. We drove an hour to tour the property and once we got there we noticed no vehicles around. We rang the doorbell and nobody answered. Then I called Janet about 5-10 minutes later and no answer.
