I had a great experience. Dr. Crawford is very knowledgeable likes to see results and is technique oriented. Had two microneedling sessions and has been great so far!
I recently had my first Lutronics Ultra treatment at Prosilience to deal with fine lines and dark spots. I was quite nervous before we started as this was the first treatment I've had like this. I quickly felt reassured by Dr. Crawford who explained the treatment -- and what to expect afterwards - very clearly. Her experience as a surgeon was definitely an additional reassurance for me, too. The results were great, and I can't wait to see how I look after the next two treatments.
I had my first appointment today for Botox injections and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Crawford is knowledgeable, personable, professional, and punctual. I had a great experience at Prosilience. I had a laser treatment to my face. I was explained the process and the results. I was asked questions pertaining to the level of intensity/treatment I wanted. My comfort was accounted for and my results were great (I didn’t have any complications which I have had at previous spas due to my sensitive skin).
