Company never returns calls or emails - they have screwed up my HOA dues several times! I have recommended to our HOA to get rid of this company! I tell everyone to avoid this company at all costs!
They return calls and emails at a glacial pace, but somehow double-charging the HOA fee and storing banking information against your will is very easy for them. Would have given 0 stars if I could.
