Oh my god, the customer service here is impeccable as well as the stellar mechanical service. I had issues with my car I bought and had to junk and these guys were here every step of the way. They let me keep my car there for a week until it got towed and they were so nice about everything in general. They treat you like family and make you feel listened to.
Proshop Automotive is cutting edge. The technology they use is incredibly impressive. Plus, there is a check-in system that prompts and email with a link to your car's service record. There, you can view recommendations, see photos of the problems the technicians find, and you can approve or deny any work (and see all estimates) before you find yourself stuck with sticker shock. they are great, when they explain the problem to you, you don't feel like they are talking down to you or just giving you the run around. They have found a loyal customer for life after they fixed my car, and went above and beyond.
They’re liars and cheat women customers. They ruined my car and did not own up to it and lied about how it happened. I am suing them in small claims court. I’ve gone to another mechanic that has given me proof of what they did to damage my car

Pro Shop came through with 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when I was depending on my vehicle for a family funeral. They were quick to determine that my battery needed replacing and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. They’re the best!
