The technician did not know what he was doing
Every time we call Pro Service they arrive promptly, we have had them arrive within the hour on calls in the past. They have always been the nicest and most professional group. We’ve used them for 5 years now and have 0 complaints. Ken has serviced all of our plumbing and he stands behind his work. We don’t allow shoes in the home and they always wear boot covers coming in and out of the house which a major plus for me. Great company highly recommend for all your home needs!

I have a very old house in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, and everything was old on it. My bathtub faucet was also broken, and so was my sink faucet. I also had tons of leaking/corroded galvanized and copper plumbing downstairs so ProService definitely had their work cut out for them. First and foremost Morgan is an absolute doll! Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Proservice! We had our hot water heater go out and spent a week waiting on a home warranty services that was useless. I made one call to Proservice on a late Friday afternoon (AND Country Days weekend at that!) and they came out to assess it that afternoon. They quoted us while offering explanations on everything they were recommending. We ended up choosing them to do the service and again recieved superb response time.
