I’ve used many different plumbing services and none of them has been as good as pro service! A man named Ken and Greg came out to look at my hot water heater after the flash floods in parkhills and Ken identified the problem quickly! After I ordered the part offline they came back in a timely manor and installed it faster than I had even hoped for!! As a first time home buyer I was relieved when Proservice came out to our house to unclog our drains that were backing up! They eased my anxiety by explaining everything and gave me best/worst case scenarios! They were able to dispatch Kenny the same day and he was done in less than an hour! Will definitely be using them again in the future!
My furnace went out New Years day. Pro service was here within 2 hrs after I called. Unfortunately my motherboard was fried but they had a new furnace here and installed within 3 days. Wayne was great in explaining everything to me. I'm very happy with the fast friendly responses I've had every time I've used this company.
