Great company. Was always on time. Called with time of arrival, did excellent work, cleaned and vacuumed before leaving the job and disposed of used furnace and air conditioner Wayne and Brenden were very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't know they were even here other than a little noise. They even brought two heaters in case my wife got cold during installation. 5 star.
An amazing company! Came out very quickly and was extremely fast to fix the problem, and fixed another issue that came up right after. Highly recommend this to anyone questioning if its worth it! And if you get Kenny, then you know it will be done right and fast!
Proservice is great.I called them when my furnace stopped working.Wayne came and assessed the problem and explained my options.I chose a new furnace.Wayne and his coworker brought the new one in two days and installed it . They worked on Saturday so I would have heat that night when the first freeze of the season was predicted.Both men were professional and polite.G Reed
I turned on my furnace and smoke set my fire alarm off. It wasn't a fire, but I thought it was a serious and possibly major diagnosis and repair. Wayne from Proservice came out the next day. He was fast, friendly, patient, fixed 2 issues, and answered my many concerns. Now I know where to go!
