Technician Ryan came out to my house in Denver and fixed my problem quickly, and shared his helpful expertise with me. I would recommend this service.
Absolutely terrible experience with ProServ. They were sent by my home warranty company to fix my microwave, and from start to finish, it was a nightmare. Communication was horrible—calls and messages went unanswered, and when I did get in touch, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. After weeks of back-and-forth, they still didn’t fix the microwave. It got so bad that my home warranty company eventually removed them from handling my claim altogether. Awful service. Company requested I take a picture of repair need so they could determine coverage (American Home Shield), they didn't respond to picture. So this company ProServe came out to the house and charged $100 for looking at it and then saying it wasn't coverage. Very dishonest, strongly recommend not working with them.
This company was sent by my home warranty company who provided the model number and serial number of my fridge before they sent ProServe out. They sent a tech anyway even though they don't work with this model of fridge and charged me $125 to tell me what I already know, that my fridge is broken. They sent my home warranty company a diagnostic report that did not include pricing and they further said when I called back that they won't price what they can't fix. Proserv was referred to us through our Home Warranty company. We have a refrigerator/freezer that was not freezing, and the fridge is running too cold. We paid our 95.00 and Proserv came out. They did show up promptly and he was friendly enough. He inspected our fridge but never ran any diagnostics, never looked it over well. He said he couldn't find anything wrong with it.
