Company requested I take a picture of repair need so they could determine coverage (American Home Shield), they didn't respond to picture. So this company ProServe came out to the house and charged $100 for looking at it and then saying it wasn't coverage. Very dishonest, strongly recommend not working with them.
This company was sent by my home warranty company who provided the model number and serial number of my fridge before they sent ProServe out. They sent a tech anyway even though they don't work with this model of fridge and charged me $125 to tell me what I already know, that my fridge is broken. They sent my home warranty company a diagnostic report that did not include pricing and they further said when I called back that they won't price what they can't fix. Proserv was referred to us through our Home Warranty company. We have a refrigerator/freezer that was not freezing, and the fridge is running too cold. We paid our 95.00 and Proserv came out. They did show up promptly and he was friendly enough. He inspected our fridge but never ran any diagnostics, never looked it over well. He said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Professional, highly qualified and had the right tools and parts to do the job. Proserv did a great job diagnosing and repairing a problem that 3 other businesses could not. They went above and beyond spending the time to get the job done right. They were extremely professional and had the correct tools, equipment and parts with them to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company based on dealing with so many different ones over the last 3 months. They stood out as the best.
