ProServ was assigned as a repair contractor through a warranty service. After 2 technician no shows, they wont return a message or answer a phone. Look elsewhere if you have a repair that needs to get done.

Absolutely terrible experience with ProServ. They were sent by my home warranty company to fix my microwave, and from start to finish, it was a nightmare. Communication was horrible—calls and messages went unanswered, and when I did get in touch, the staff was rude and completely unprofessional. Company requested I take a picture of repair need so they could determine coverage (American Home Shield), they didn't respond to picture. So this company ProServe came out to the house and charged $100 for looking at it and then saying it wasn't coverage. Very dishonest, strongly recommend not working with them.
