Called company out for a screeching noise with external AC unit. They told me I needed the fan blade and fan motor replaced. I paid the technician to perform the work and the next day noticed there was a new noise from the fan motor. Called them back to have it checked and they told me they couldn't hear it so it must be something else. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me that the fan motor was making the noise. I had a great experience with this company when they installed the AC in my home in 2017. Therefore, I referred them to my mother so they could replace the AC in her home in Miami Gardens. However, it has been the worst experience ever. If you are an AC company, you should be able to know and advise your clients on the best AC size not just based on the size of the home but also based on the region. Hi Javier here I just did the insulation at Victoria's secret at Lincoln road mall and the owner Max hasn't paid me yet after 2 months of chasing him around, he even blocked my number do not do business with proserv America he doesn't pay he's employees, I'm going to report him to ice for being a cruel person and not being an American citizen
