Hi Javier here I just did the insulation at Victoria's secret at Lincoln road mall and the owner Max hasn't paid me yet after 2 months of chasing him around, he even blocked my number do not do business with proserv America he doesn't pay he's employees, I'm going to report him to ice for being a cruel person and not being an American citizen
This company engaged in installing my AC with the city permits. However they are not closing them and they are completely disregarding my e mails or calls. They of course made me pay upfront. I need them to finish this job!! and since I pay by zelle I can not dispute the payment. My next step to get their attention has to be legal since no one of their team starting by owner Maxime is offering any response.

I purchased a new unit over a year ago and they installed the wrong unit and they have not yet come to replace it with the proper unit. Also a permit was pulled and the inspection failed due to the air filter being on the wrong side to access the filter which causes wear and tear on the new unit, I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue
