I had a very frustrating experience with Proserv America. Throughout March 2026, I made multiple calls trying to schedule maintenance and have my unit inspected due to a noise issue, but no one ever answered or returned my calls. I even went in person to their office, only to find it closed with no staff available. I needed to move forward with a warranty claim, but due to their complete lack of responsiveness, I was left without support. "Absolute incompetence and lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs." I had a terrible experience with this company. After a first visit that fixed nothing, the problem started again. Despite having already paid them, the technician (Marc) failed to show up for a scheduled 3:00 PM appointment and stopped answering his phone entirely. Called company out for a screeching noise with external AC unit. They told me I needed the fan blade and fan motor replaced. I paid the technician to perform the work and the next day noticed there was a new noise from the fan motor. Called them back to have it checked and they told me they couldn't hear it so it must be something else. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me that the fan motor was making the noise. I had a great experience with this company when they installed the AC in my home in 2017. Therefore, I referred them to my mother so they could replace the AC in her home in Miami Gardens. However, it has been the worst experience ever. If you are an AC company, you should be able to know and advise your clients on the best AC size not just based on the size of the home but also based on the region.
